Refund & Returns Policy

At The Big Apple Connect, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


 Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of cannabis and vape products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The product was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival

 We cannot accept returns of used vape devices, cartridges, edibles, or other consumable items due to health and safety regulations.


 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Opened or used vape pens, cartridges, edibles, or batteries

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Products marked “final sale”

  • Any items returned without prior authorization


 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at:

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Full name and email used to purchase

    • Reason for the return (with photos if item is damaged)

  3. If approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning your item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll gladly replace or refund the item at no extra cost.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the eligible item and place a new order.


International Orders

Due to customs restrictions, international orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned once shipped. Please check local laws before purchasing.
