At The Big Apple Connect, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident with every purchase. Due to the nature of vape devices and accessories — especially consumable parts — different components are covered under different warranty periods. Please read the details below carefully before filing a warranty claim.
Vape Kits & Mods
All vape kits and mods are covered by a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturer defects only and does not apply to:
Accidental damage
Wear and tear from regular use
Damage caused by misuse or modification
Important: If the device shows signs of external damage or has been tampered with, your warranty is void. To initiate a claim, please contact our support team. We may request that you return the kit/mod in its original packaging for inspection before a replacement or refund is  Phone: [Insert U.S. phone number if applicable] issued.
External Batteries
All external batteries sold by The Big Apple Connect come with a 60-day warranty from the date of receipt. This covers manufacturer defects only.
This warranty does not cover:
Mishandling or dropping
Damage caused by improper storage or charging
General wear and tear
If you suspect your battery is defective, contact us with the issue and your order details. We may request that you return the battery for inspection. If it’s determined to be a manufacturing fault, we will issue a replacement.
Battery Chargers
All battery chargers are backed by a 12-month warranty from the purchase date. If a fault develops within this period, contact us to report the issue. Devices damaged due to user error, such as incorrect charging practices or physical damage, will not be covered.
Returned chargers must be in clean condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
E-Liquids, Pods, Disposable Vapes & Cannabis Consumables
Due to health and safety regulations, e-liquids, disposable vapes, pods, edibles, and pre-filled cannabis products are not eligible for returns or warranty coverage, unless:
The item is defective upon arrival
There is a shipping error or incorrect product received
If you believe your item arrived damaged or non-functional, you must notify our team within 7 days of delivery. For missing items, claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Note: For any claim related to disposable vapes, we require product details from the packaging (such as batch codes). Refunds or replacements cannot be processed without this information. We may also request photographic or video evidence and, in some cases, ask you to return the item for testing.
Tanks, Clearomizers & Cartridges
Tanks, clearomizers, and cartridges are classified as consumable items and are not covered under warranty. However, if an item is dead on arrival (DOA), please notify us within 7 days, and we will replace or refund it at our discretion.
Returned products must be inspected by our team before any resolution is offered. Products damaged by improper use or user modifications are not eligible for warranty.
How to Make a Warranty Claim

Provide the following information:
Your full name and order number
A detailed description of the issue
Photos or videos if applicable
Product serial number or batch code
Return instructions (if applicable)
You may be asked to return the item for inspection
Items must be returned in clean condition and, where possible, in original packaging
Once we receive the product and verify the issue, we’ll issue a replacement or refund. If no fault is found, we will return the product to you and may charge a return shipping fee.
Final Notes
Warranty does not cover any products damaged by negligence, misuse, improper charging, water damage, or general wear and tear.
Warranty periods begin on the date of delivery, not purchase.
We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
